Ingredients

  •  ½ cup (1 stick) Danish Creamery Butter, melted
  •  1.75 oz butter-washed Cedar Ridge Barrel Proof Bourbon
  •  0.5 oz Nixta Corn Liqueur
  •  1 Tablespoon raw agave nectar
  •  1 dash Banana bitters
  •  2 dashes Molé bitters
  •  7 drops saline
  •  charred baby corn garnish

Directions

  • To butter-wash bourbon, melt the butter and pour into a freezer-proof container. Add the bottle of bourbon (750 ml), mix together, and cover. Freeze until the butter has solidified, then skim out the butter while it’s still frozen. Once you’ve removed all the butter, the bourbon will still hold onto the butter flavor for a really decadent experience.
  • Combine 1.75 oz of the butter-washed bourbon, corn liqueur, agave nectar, bitters, and saline in an Old Fashioned glass. Stir to combine.
  • Add ice cubes and stir a few more times to chill.
  • Garnish with the charred baby corn and serve.
